My name is Fenna Benita Birgit von Hirschheydt. I was born and grew up in Switzerland. I graduated with a BA in Drama and Theatre Studies from Trinity College Dublin and an MFA in Stage Design from the Lir Academy.
I have worked freelance in both Switzerland and Ireland and have assisted on various theatre and opera productions all over Europe. Since January 2021 I have had a permanent position as a lighting technician at the TAK theatre in Schaan, Liechtenstein.
In my spare time I enjoy playing beach volleyball, baking and cooking, reading, going to the theatre, swimming, horse-riding and spending time out-doors in general. I love doing unusual and adventurous things like swimming in glacier lakes, operating massive excavators, exploring abandoned buildings or making cheese.
